I use your feedback to change the course every year, so please let me know what worked for you and what didn’t work so well. Your advice will help me make the course better for the next group of students (just as this version of the class was guided by advice from the previous students), so please be as thoughtful and as detailed as you can in your comments. I am hoping that students will complete an Evaluation for each course (if you are taking both courses please take both evaluations).

* Fill in your email address

It should take about 15 minutes to complete, perhaps more if you use the comment boxes extensively. The survey will be open from

The survey is completely confidential: I will know who filled out the survey, but I will not know which answers are yours.
